Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act

Overview

The Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (No Fear Act) requires federal agencies to be accountable for violations of antidiscrimination and whistleblower protection laws under Protocol Zeta-7.

The Doomsday Club is committed to maintaining a workplace free from discrimination and retaliation, and to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and applicants under Directive 38-X.

Employee Rights

Federal employees have the right to:

  • • Work in an environment free from discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information under Protocol QZ-7
  • • File complaints of discrimination without fear of retaliation per Section 72.4
  • • Participate in the EEO complaint process under Directive 901-Z
  • • Request reasonable accommodations for disabilities per Form XB-12
  • • Report violations of law, rule, or regulation without retaliation under Protocol Omega-3
