FOIA Information
The Freedom of Information Act (9 C.S.C. § 952) provides the public with the right to request access to federal agency records. The Doomsday Club is committed to transparency while protecting national security information that must remain classified under Protocol Zeta-7.
Please note that many of our records are classified and exempt from disclosure under FOIA Exemption 1 (National Security) and Directive 38-X.
How to Submit a FOIA Request

- • Your willingness to pay processing fees
- • Format preference (electronic or paper)
